There are no Norn or asura legends yet or any that fit them closely, albeit you can argue thr dwarven legend aligns them a little due to guild wars eye of the north. Revenant as mentioned before can kind of go with anyone but I'd personally lean toward human given their history with several legends, charr due to Kalla legend, Sylvari due to ventari legend. Anything will work for them but in particular their magical, natural earthy and mysterious nature would thematically fit warriors, guardians, elementalists, necromancer, Ranger, thief. They fashion weapons and armour that resemble humans but are made from plants and trees. But they are modelled on humans and they are connected to magic. They also invent and dabble with technology. Ranger for more of that loner in nature vibe.Īsura are braniacs who study the eternal alchemy. They also have warriors and Guardians protecting the Queen, and scholars and mages so any light armour route. Human can really go any route, but the mesmer is often depicted in theatrical outfit which aligns with human noble culture. Classes that work well thematically are Warrior, Ranger, Necromancer (think Shaman). They are also one person armies I'm the Lore and one Norn alone is strong enough to fight an entire legion or even a dragon champion. Norn worship the spirits of the wild, like the bear spirit, raven spirit, etc. So warrior, engineer, thief, elementalist, guardian, and maybe revenant. And the flame legion has seers who summons ire magic. There I'd also a Charr who becomes the first in-game Revenant but they don't create the class per-se and the legends summoned by a revenant come from guild wars Lore from several races.Ĭharr also have warbands which focus on different approaches to getting the job done. Lore-wise, the Engineer class was created by the Charr. Nobody is really answering this properly so I will jump in.
